The safety and wellbeing of our guest is Singer Island Beach Rental’s number one priority. Please be advised that the all the staff is taking every precaution and sanitizing all areas of the resort to ensure the safety of you and your family. 

Inside the unit, Singer Island Beach Rental’s cleaning team is working diligently to sanitize and disinfect all areas. 

Here are a few of the things that our cleaning team is doing after every stay:

-UV Wands on all surfaces

-All linens, blankets, towels, etc. are washed in  140 degrees Fahrenheit temperatures. 

-Only freshly laundered cleaning rags/towels and mop heads to clean the condo. 

-Cleaners who do not feel 100% healthy are instructed to stay home.

-Check list from cleaner is required for every turnover cleaning.
